En tant que « Infrastructure Project Manager », vous rejoindrez le Département « Project Management» chez notre client - un intervenant incontournable du secteur financier à Luxembourg.
Vous aurez comme mission principale de gérer les projets d'infrastructure de bout en bout en assurant la coordination entre les différentes équipes et en garantissant le respect des délais et des budgets.
Vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'exécution et de la clôture des projets, tout en veillant à la satisfaction des parties prenantes.
Votre polyvalence doit vous permettre d'intervenir auprès de tous les acteurs du projet pour fluidifier la communication et faciliter la prise de décision.
Votre autonomie et votre pragmatisme seront nécessaires pour nous permettre de déployer des infrastructures en adéquation avec les besoins clients tant du point de vue solution que délai.
**Profil**:
Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 années dans une fonction similaire.
**Vous devrez démontrer vos capacités à**:
Assurer la responsabilité d'un ou plusieurs projets d'infrastructure en termes de gestion
Participer aux analyses préliminaires et rédiger les documents et comptes rendus associés
Conception et animation d'ateliers de planification de projet - Identification des besoins en infrastructure et des améliorations souhaitées
Participer aux spécifications détaillées des projets
Rédiger le cahier de test set superviser leurs exécutions et la gestion des bugs
Participer à la définition des architectures des infrastructures
Conduite du Changement
Définir le plan projet en lien avec les objectifs, périmètre et le délai
Identifier les risques et plan de mitigation
Surveille le statut du projet et assure le reporting
Environnement technique
Vous devrez vous sentir à l'aise, sans être un expert, dans un environnement technique riche et varié:
Cloud Azure et modern workplace (O365)
Vous devrez enfin avoir une expérience de gestion de projet d'infrastructure incluant : déploiement de nouveaux systèmes, suivi des projets réseau, implémenter ou modifier des infrastructure sécurisée, projet de modification du poste de travail,...
