**| Vos challenges?**:

- Organiser et assumer la responsabilité de l'exécution du portefeuille de projets au sein de la DSI, en utilisant la méthodologie Kanban en mode agile.
- Gérer et coordonner les dépendances entre les différentes entités de la division (Infrastructure, Production et Sécurité) au sein du portefeuille de projets.
- Assurer le suivi du budget des projets et de leur avancement avec le soutien des divers stakeholders.
- Mettre en place un suivi proactif du capacity planning avec les ressources partagées des équipes de Foyer, notamment en multi-projets entre Production et Projets.
- Piloter les projets sous sa responsabilité via une gouvernance structurée.
- Maîtriser les différents livrables associés à la gestion de projets, tels que le suivi des risques, le suivi budgétaire, le change management, la documentation, etc.

**| Qu’attendons-nous de vous?**:

- Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, avec une connaissance des méthodologies courantes telles que Prince2 et les méthodes agiles.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de planification et de communication.
- Expérience réussie dans un projet d'infrastructure, notamment dans les domaines suivants : poste de travail, serveurs, réseau, sécurité, middleware, ou autre.
- Connaissances techniques appréciées : Cloud (ex : AZURE, AWS), Cloud hybride, M365, poste de travail virtualisé, Intune, etc.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Habitude de collaborer avec des équipes techniques.
- Connaissance des contraintes habituelles en matière de sécurité et de conformité dans le secteur financier et/ou des assurances luxembourgeois, ainsi que des bonnes pratiques associées.
- Certification(s) en gestion de projets serait un plus.
