**SUMMARY**

Reporting to the HRBP Central Europe, the HR Administrator will be an integral part of the team’s success. Playing a key and highly visible role in our HR processes for the Waystone group of companies, the HR Administrator is responsible for the administration support of the entire HR function, including Recruitment, Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, Performance Management, Employee engagement within multiple jurisdictions.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1 - 2 years in HR administrator role within a busy environment
- Be flexible regarding work assignments and to have a capacity for teamwork
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent Organizational & Administrative Skills
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as a HR system
- Self-motivated and driven individual who is eager to succeed
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative and seek direction when appropriate
- Ability to anticipate problems and generate solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and meet targets
- Very good command of both French and English required, any other language would be considered as an asset

**Education**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline
- Freshly graduated or 1-3 years’ experience, ideally in a Human Resources department
