The Continental Europe (CEU) Supply Chain team is looking for a motivated, experienced and talented Supply Chain Analyst (f/m). You will contribute to build the future of Amazon in CEU by (i) analyzing and solving the increasingly complex Supply Chain problems faced by the region and (ii) interfacing with Operations, Transportation and Amazon Store teams, you will be in charge of improving customer experience and inventory management in a growing environment.
Key job responsibilities
Forecast building-level customer orders based on reduced selection seasonality, future deal activity and other customer behaviors.
Work closely with the Supply Chain team in areas including Sales and Operations Planning, Placement and Transportation.
Develop deep understanding / technical proficiency on all Supply Chain tools
Lead complex analysis, develop models and report to drive key strategic decisions and support implementation on Operations topics across the EU region
Proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all of the facts, take into account other perspectives; conduct root cause analysis
Standardize methodologies and findings, develop tools
Prioritize projects and feature requests, evaluate and set stakeholder expectations
Lead CEU projects and support implementation on Inbound / Outbound supply chain topics that improve our performance
Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across Amazon teams
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong sense of ownership for projects
Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
