We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst for daily management of our Speciality Network in EU. If you thrive in a challenging and fast-paced, customer focused environment that encourages you to challenge the status quo and use your creativity to drive new innovation, here is your opportunity You will own the Execution process for part of the EU network, focusing on our fast-growth network of specialized products. You will be owner of the End-To-End Supply Chain decision-making with a focus on Inventory level management to optimize customer selection and physical capacity constraints. Customization of Amazon Internal tools for this network will also be an opportunity for continuous improvements. Those change initiatives will be finalized in alignment with senior management and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders as the team works closely with Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers (FCs), Transportation, Retail and Finance teams, orchestrating the upstream and downstream partners to exceed customer expectations while optimizing end-to-end supply chain speed and cost. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should be experienced in working with data to analyze root causes, implementing long-term solutions and solving supply chain problems through advanced analytical capabilities. This is a highly visible position, based out of our European headquarters in Luxembourg. Key job responsibilities - Steer the network on a daily basis concerning operational issues with our fulfillment centers, vendors and sellers teams. - Work closely with the Supply Chain team in areas including Sales and Operations Planning, Placement and Transportation. - Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across Amazon teams - Insure compliance of volume arriving in an Amazon Warehouse and support with contingencies if necessary
- Knowledge of SQL / R / any data analytics tool is a plus
