I am seeking for a talented Senior Corporate Officer to join a dynamic and fast-growing fiduciary in Luxembourg Cloche d'Or. The structure is composed of about 40 employees, divided into different departments (compliance, accounting, legal).

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for organizing, holding, drafting, and following up on board and shareholder meetings, coordinating corporate transactions, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

**Key responsibilities**:
Assisting clients with the implementation and administration of Luxembourgish holdings, financing companies, and intellectual property entities ;
Managing the daily operations of these companies and responding to client requests ;
Participating in the development of restructuring plans and other transactions by local regulatory recommendations ;
Ensuring the preservation of official documents and the management of company correspondence ;
Managing administrative and legal files of these companies ;
Ensuring proper information and follow-up of mail to directors/managers ;
Ensuring mandatory legal publications in the Trade and Companies Register ;
Maintaining the register of shareholders/partners ;
Maintaining and developing customer relationship.

**Qualifications**:
At least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a fiduciary, service provider in Luxembourg ;
The ability to work with corporate clients and a first experience working with alternative funds is a strong asset ;
Good knowledge of corporate law, comfortable with the legal and regulatory environment ;
Be dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation ;
Ability to work independently with a strong team spirit ;
Fluent in French with a good command of English.
