Funds Talent have been mandated to help our client, one of the fastest growing businesses in the fund sector, in their search for a director of Real Estate. Our client is one of the last remaining owner managed businesses, providing premium quality. The firm has offices work wide and is well known in the Private Equity and Real Estate sector.
The Role
- Ability to develop strong relationships with local and overseas intermediaries
- To develop a strong peer to peer relationship with new and existing clients
- To develop a strong track record originating, winning, successful negotiation and onboarding of new business
- Strategic overview of the business, identifying and resolving obstacles to growth, delivery of client work and staff retention.
- Client-facing and client-focused position with responsibility for the delivery of accounting, reporting, company secretarial and compliance services to fund clients and structures.
- Building, mentoring and motivating a client servicing team with an emphasis on excellence.
- Ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
The Profile
- Strong technical skills in real estate fund accounting for Luxembourg funds and SPVs under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
- An understanding of the legal and regulatory regimes applicable to Luxembourg PFS and Luxembourg funds and SPVs.
- Proactive and problem-solving
- Experience in managing, mentoring and motivating teams and individuals.
