A prestigious international Real Estate Investment Manager, based in Luxembourg City Centre, is now recruiting a Director - Governance and Asset Management.
Fabulous opportunity to join an established company in a Senior Management position to support their future growth ambitions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience representing employer / client as a Manager or Director at Board Meetings.
Excellent interpersonal skills from previous Senior Management positions.
Excellent understanding of Luxembourg legal, accounting and tax environment, especially with regards Statutory Filing Requirements.
Excellent command of the English language.
It would be an advantage to also have;
Real Estate asset management experience.
Knowledge of technical terminology (an understanding of valuation principles, yield calculation and tenant related agreements).
Professional qualification (RICS, ACCA, ICSA).
