You want to contribute? You can do it in particular by being our next **FRONT OFFICE AGENT (M/F/x)**
**Your job would look like**:
- By being the first point of contact the hotel, you give a positive image of the hotel through a warm welcome.
- You answer the phone and inform customers about our hotel and services.
- You check-in and check-out customers.
- You prepare proactively the guests arrivals with checking the payment guarantees and you write the invoice accordingly at departure.
- You work closely with other departments to optimize revenue by offering additional services (restaurant, parking...).
- You process room reservations in our system trying to maximize the hotel occupancy.
**What shoud you bring**:
- A degree in hospitality or a first experience at the reception of a hotel.
- Good language skills in English, French and German.
- You are available for working on some week-ends, day shifts (earliest from 7am to latest 7pm) and night shifts (earliest from 7pm to latest 7am).
- Good communication and IT skills.
- You are mobile (accommodation not available)
- You are a Team player with a positive attitude.

Légère Hôtel Luxembourg 4**sup is located in Munsbach in Luxembourg close to the Airport, with 156 design studios and suites, 5 conference rooms, a cosy Lounge-Bar with a gastronomic restaurant, a pleasant terrace and a wellness-fitness area. Outside to the city center, the hotel is easy to reach and we arrange parking facilities.
