ABOUT THE JOB l What will you do? ABOUT YOU l What’s your background?
As Application Support & Automation Integration
Officer, you will be responsible for the following
activities:
a cross-functional delivery model (DevOps)
functionality and suggesting improvements
- Ensuring effective front-end and back-end
- Collaborating with software development engineers,
testers, business analysts and internal/external users to
- Managing code migration across environments to
ensure continued and synchronised functionality
initiate resolution
- Keeping a record of configuration changes and
- Documenting configuration changes and processes
- Providing support to customers and colleagues in
business departments
- Providing on-call support on a rotational basis
- Vocational training or diploma in Information Technology
or similar field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with at
least 3 years of experience with TPH & T24 API system
implementation
- Proficiency in troubleshooting
- Knowledge and experience of SQL server and core
banking system Temenos T24 are a must
- Good knowledge of the following environments:
- Archiving platform (Documentum)
- Workload automation platform (Automic)
- Setup and monitoring production jobs
- Secure data transfer (internal/external)
- Coordination and deployment of new software
releases in both User Acceptance Testing and
Production environments
