**Travel Group Luxembourg** (TGL) est le plus grand réseau d’agence de voyages au Luxembourg et dans les environs, avec plus de 30 agences au Luxembourg et en France. Le groupe compte plus de 140 employés et exploite les marques de voyages We love to travel, Voyages Emile Weber, Fensch Voyages et Jerry Travel. La création de Travel Group Luxembourg a eu lieu début de l'année 2021, lorsque les deux entreprises familiales Voyages Emile Weber et SLG (anciennement Sales-Lentz Group) ont uni leurs forces pour offrir une grande variété de services de voyage dans la Grande Région autour de l'aéroport de Luxembourg.

**Responsabilités**

En tant que **Team Leader** vous motivez, formez et contrôlez votre équipe pour optimiser la collaboration et les résultats des ventes. Vous coordonnez le temps de travail et vous planifiez les congés de l'équipe. Vous répartissez les tâches au sein de l'agence et contrôlez leur réalisation. Vous identifiez les besoins en formations des Travel Designers. Vous traitez également les plaintes et litiges des clients en collaboration avec les services du Backoffice et vous participez à l'organisation des actions promotionnelles en collaboration avec le département Marketing.

En tant que **Travel Designer** votre travail consiste à la fois à conseiller le client sur ses besoins en matière de voyages et à conclure des ventes de manière efficace et efficiente. La valeur ajoutée d’un Travel Designer par rapport à un conseil internet est d’offrir un service et une expérience personnalisée aux clients.

Le Travel Designer travaille avec les partenaires clé que TGL définit (p.ex. les tour-opérateurs, les compagnies aériennes), respecte les procédures de vente et gère les activités promotionnelles.

Les employés de TGL sont flexibles et dynamiques; le lieu de travail peut varier en fonction du développement du marché, du comportement des clients ou des besoins de l'entreprise.

**Compétences requises**
- Expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans une agence de voyages loisirs
- Volonté de gérer une équipe
- Capacité à évaluer les collaborateurs et à donner un feed-back motivant
- Esprit commercial et de service
- Affinité avec les outils et systèmes de réservation utilisés dans l'agence de voyages (Amadeus, TOMA, MS Office,...)
- Bonne interaction avec le client
- Langues : Français et/ou allemand, anglais
- Affinité pour le voyage
- Attitude positive
- Esprit d'équipe
- Sens des responsabilités et autodiscipline
