The Senior HRBP is responsible for partnering with management in designated departments of Mangopay to enhance employee experience and ensure alignment with the strategy. While working in collaboration with the other HR functions the HRBP role is aimed at delivering value-added service to management and employees reflecting the business objectives of the organization in an international set up.

**Missions**:
**The mission will cover an international scope with employees being based in Luxembourg but also in various other countries**
- **Be a trusted partner through the employee life cycle**: onboarding, contract preparation and addendums, payroll variables communicated monthly to HR Ops, managing termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, offboarding
- **Supporting business functions on the performance management cycle**: goals setting, annual reviews, compensation & promotion cycles, employees' career development -mobility, vertical and horizontal progressions, Learning& Development.
- **Partnering internally to ensure operational excellence**:
- Monitoring the recruitment plan and workforce planning with Talent Acquisition as well as finance, enhancing workforce retention, predicting staffing needs
- Working in close collaboration with top management to ensure strong and sustainable relationships with Lux delegation
- **Leading & working on transversal projects to continue build a strong HR Stack**: Onboarding, comp & ben, processes and policies elaboration (to be defined as per priorities)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Ensure Operational excellence**:
- Drive and own contract preparation with support of HR ops for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
- Ensure data accuracy in the HR Data systems (HRIS) and collaborate closely with TA and finance
- Prepares, follows up and, run regular meetings with Staff Delegation
- **Advise management and employees**:
- Give day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides guidance and input on organization design, workforce planning and succession planning.
- **Support for Development**:
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs in collaboration with the L&D partner.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Work on assigned projects related to employee experience, performance

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience as HR or in a consultancy.
- Proven experience on compensation practices, employee and Work Council relations, diversity, performance management, and international employment laws.
- Master's degree
