Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie beraten und unterstützen den HR & General Services Director hinsichtlich der Umsetzung von strategischen und operationellen Entscheidungen/Maßnahmen.
  • Sie übernehmen die Leitung von HR-Projekten zur Einführung neuer HR-Initiativen und Programmen als auch weiteren bereichsübergreifenden HR-Themen.

  • Sie nutzen und analysieren HR-Kennzahlen zur Förderung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung und Steigerung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit.
  • Sie sind zusammen mit 2 weiteren HR Business Partnern die Schnittstelle zwischen allen Fachbereichen und der HR-Abteilung.
  • Sie bieten eine lösungsorientierte und kompetente Beratung an unsere Fachbereiche in Fragen des modernen Personalmanagements (Personalplanung, Recruiting, Talent Management, HRIS, Vergütung, ).
  • Sie sind für die Analyse und Synthese der Geschäfts- und Mitarbeiteranforderungen zuständig, um darauf basierend mit dem HR-Team angemessene und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Personalentwicklung, Arbeitsrecht oder ähnliches.
  • Sie besitzen idealerweise 7-10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich.
  • Profunde Kenntnisse des luxemburgischen Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechts als auch das Beherrschen der gängigen HR-Tools und HR-Methoden sind notwendig.
  • Sie verstehen und repräsentieren HR als strategischen Partner unserer Geschäftsfelder.
  • Sie verfügen über exzellente konzeptionelle sowie analytische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe.
  • Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und Sensibilität und vertreten die gemeinsamen Interessen des Managements als auch der Mitarbeiter.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig, organisiert und zielorientiert, auch unter Zeitdruck.
  • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Französisch. Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen oder englischen Sprache sind von Vorteil.

HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Vos tâches

  • Vous conseillez et accompagnez le Directeur RH et General Services dans la prise de décisions/mesures opérationnelles et stratégiques
  • Vous dirigez des projets RH et élaborez de nouvelles initiatives RH transversales
  • Vous participez activement à l'élaboration de la stratégie de gestion des ressources humaines, de la culture d'entreprise et de processus RH efficaces
  • Vous utilisez et analysez les chiffres clés RH pour promouvoir les mesures de rétention et augmenter la satisfaction des collaborateurs
  • En collaboration avec deux autres HR Business Partners, vous agissez comme interface entre tous les départements de l'entreprise et le service RH
  • Vous conseillez de façon pragmatique et compétente les différents départements dans leurs questions concernant la gestion du personnel (planification des effectifs, recrutement, développement du personnel, SIRH, salaires, )
  • Vous analysez et synthétisez les besoins des sites et des employés, afin d'élaborer, en collaboration avec l'équipe RH, des solutions appropriées et efficaces

Votre profil

  • Vous avez un diplôme universitaire avec une spécialisation en ressources humaines, développement de personnel ou droit du travail.
  • Vous possédez idéalement 7 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un département RH.
  • Une connaissance approfondie du droit du travail, droit fiscal et droit de la sécurité sociale luxembourgeois est nécessaire.
  • Vous comprenez les enjeux stratégiques de la gestion des ressources humaines et représentez les RH en tant que partenaire stratégique.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités conceptuelles et analytiques, associées à une compréhension rapide.
  • Vous disposez de solides compétences sociales, d'empathie et de sensibilité tout en prônant l'intérêt commun entre la direction et les collaborateurs.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome et organisée, tout en respectant les contraintes temporelles.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et l'allemand. La connaissance du luxembourgeois et de l'anglais est considérée comme un atout.
