Oversight Manager

**Summary**:
This role is a crucial one within the Manco. You will work closely to Conducting Officers and external counterparties.
You would be responsible for Transfer Agent and Distribution/Marketing activities, ensuring it is in line with regulations and working smoothly.
You would report to The Head of Luxembourg.
Some of the duties include:
- Ensuring all TA records comply with AML policies and regulations;
- Regulatory watch and update of procedures and policies accordingly for TA and Distrbution activities - work closely to Compliance;
- Prepare reporting (quarterly) for senior management/board of directors;
- Assessing Investors and Agent documentation using AML/KYC regulations, making sure it all comply;
- Point of contact with investors for TA and Distribution;
- Monitor the daily TA activities;
- Work closely to compliance for complex account opening requests and bring solution;
- Escalate risk issues;
- Participate to IT related projects;
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs associated with TA activity;
- Monitoring reports for CSSF, investors, distributors, etc
- Create reports and present them to Senior Management once a month and quarterly to board.
**Key requirements**:
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in similar functions (depositary, TA, internal audit);
- **Fluent in English, **French is a plus;
- Experience with UCITS;
- Take initiatives, possesses great organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
