**Job Description**:
Our client is a US based ManCo. They seek an experienced professional Manager to lead the Transfer Agency Oversight function for Luxembourg, which is the strategic governance hub for their EMEA region.
You will have oversight of the TA function for several large and complex funds in this senior and visible role.
Through your experience you will give continued confidence to the business that the TA function is a centre of excellence, well equipped to deliver the services required in line with regulations, industry standards and business expectations. You will inspire and mentor your small local team, prioritising ongoing skills development and keeping up with the required product and regulatory knowledge. Your market insights and technical knowledge will be valued by your internal stakeholders and counterparts, both locally and in other jurisdictions.

Some of your responsibilities include:
- Lead the TA Oversight teams taking accountability for the business’s ability to deliver the services in line with regulations and SLA’s
- Lead the relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders, advising on local issues/events/regulations
- Drive the teams’ individual and collective skills, enhancing their communication and development
- Ensure service and product developments are within regulatory boundaries, company standards and service levels
- Oversee operational activities that remain under the TA remit
- Act as the escalation point for the various Conducting Officers and senior stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience within Transfer Agency (TA) oversight functions/teams in a Manco or service provider. This must include people management experience
- Proven experience in developing high performing teams
- Prior experience of monitoring process, system improvements and/or service standards
- Experience managing the relationships with third party service providers
- Able to build rapport with multiple internal and external teams with a service orientated and business-friendly mind set
- Strong communication skills with fluent business English is essential
- A strong practical understanding of the transfer agency business is essential, with a broader understanding of how the TA function fits together and the impact of different TA business lines on the funds business as a whole
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg and regional regulations affecting and influencing TA
- Knowledge of UCITS (plus SICAV, FCP.) preferred, and AIF's advantageous
