**Description**
- Traiter des tâches administratives telles que la gestion des appels, du courrier et des emplois du temps ;
- Organiser et préparer des réunions, tant internes qu'externes ;
- Coordonner et aider à l'organisation des équipes de gestion de bureau et de réception, y compris la commande et l'approvisionnement des stocks, la distribution du courrier interne, la gestion des appels et l'aide aux services d'entretien des bâtiments ;
- Assurer le suivi administratif des contrats et des contacts avec les fournisseurs, et vérifier les factures ;
- Assister occasionnellement l'équipe de la réception.
**Profile**
- Un diplôme d'études supérieures ou un BTS (Bac +2) est exigé ;
- Une expérience préalable est souhaitée mais non exigée ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, la connaissance du luxembourgeois, du néerlandais et/ou de l'allemand étant un atout ;
- Excellente maîtrise des outils MS Office ;
- Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière autonome et en équipe, avec une attitude serviable et adaptable ;
- Responsable, proactif et flexible ;
- Organisé, orienté vers le service, dynamique et rigoureux ;
- Sens de la diplomatie et de la discrétion.
