**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product/Service Owner to lead the development and management of a crucial development platform that will be utilized by hundreds of developers within a public administration context. As part of our dynamic IT services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the platform, aligning it with the strategic objectives of the public administration.

Platform Vision and Strategy**:
- Develop a clear and compelling vision for the development platform, aligned with the goals and objectives of the public administration.
- Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap that outlines the evolution of the platform over time.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders within the public administration to ensure the platform meets their requirements.
- ** Product Development and Management**:
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and maintenance.
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and impact.
- ** User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design**:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the platform provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience for developers.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance the platform's interface.
- ** Release Planning and Deployment**:
- Develop and maintain a release schedule, coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely releases.
- Implement effective communication strategies to inform users about upcoming releases and changes.
- ** Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platform and regularly monitor and report on its performance.
- Implement optimization strategies to enhance platform efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- ** Security and Compliance**:
- Collaborate with security experts to ensure the platform adheres to industry best practices and complies with relevant regulations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure a secure development environment.
- ** Documentation and Training**:
- Develop comprehensive documentation for developers, including user guides, API documentation, and best practices.
- Organize and conduct training sessions to empower developers to effectively use the platform.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Owner in a similar context.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with public administration processes and requirements is a plus.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
- Strong experience in containerization, with a proven track record of effectively leveraging containerization technologies to enhance software development and deployment processes **(mandatory)**.
