Our esteemed client, a prominent Alternative Investment Fund Manager **(AIFM)** situated in Luxembourg City, is currently in search of a highly skilled **Financial Controller** to join their dynamic team. Specializing in Private Equity (PE) and Real Estate (RE) funds, our client is recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the financial sector.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing and managing financial operations related to Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
- Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements, with a specific focus on AIFMD regulations.
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of fund performance, valuations, and financial statements.
- Coordinating closely with auditors, tax advisors, and other external parties.
- Contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of financial processes and procedures.
**Profile**:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial control, particularly within the AIFM sector.
- Specialization in Private Equity and Real Estate funds, with exposure to Ucits funds considered advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of AIFM regulations and familiarity with Luxembourg fund industry standards.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with various stakeholders.
