They’re actively looking for a Compliance Associate, working within the European Legal & Compliance Team and reporting directly to the Compliance Officer in Luxembourg.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Compliance and the Conducting Officer in their work on Compliance and AML matters relating to the AIFM and the company’s unregulated business.
- Act as the point of contact with regulators
- Write and update internal compliance policies and procedures
- Work with the European team on cross-border projects;
- Assist with the implementation of the internal control plan;
- Oversee the delegated functions of AML for the unregulated business.
**Profile**:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Law
- At least 2years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge and exposure to the Luxembourg investment funds’ ecosystem
- Good knowledge of PE/RE funds is an significant advantage
