**Financial Controller/German speaker**
Our company has been exclusively mandated by a Luxembourg‐based industry company who provides services related to transport/locomotive to recruit a "Financial Controller".
The collaborator will be the CFO’s right hand: responsible for producing financial reporting and KPIs, help in setting up and execute the financial set-up for a recently acquired company (financial package, IT systems, consolidation scheme).
She/he will work in close coordination with accounting, tax and other divisions of the Group. An excellent understanding of the business and good communication skills will be key to ensure reports’ accuracy and support decision making.
Role:
- Produce financial accounts and KPI
- Produce subsidiaries’ forecast
- Monitor cashflows
- Calculate bank covenants and prepare compliance certificates
- Assist in improving the current IT set-up
- Build and run financial models
**Profile**:
- Diploma of accounting and finance, DECF or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in controlling
- Industry experience
- Perfect command of Excel
- Any BI tool and programming language a plus
- Knowledge of Luxembourg’s tax, accounting and administrative rules is a plus
- Autonomous and proactive, willing to work in a fast-growing environment
- Fluent in German and English. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus
- Available to travel in Germany (1-2 times/month)
