Location : Luxembourg - City Center

Top 3 Key competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management
- Minimum of 2 years in a Finance Department
- Fluent English, French is a plus

**Role & Responsibilities**

Your main responsibility as a Payment officer is to support the Finance department with the payments, invoicing and treasury management.

Your duties in this role will include:

- Liquidity Management, ensuring all payment obligations are met timely as well as providing accurate anticipations of expected end of day balances in all currencies.
- Managing vendors, including vendor relationships, and internal compliance processing
- Managing Multiline and SWIFTNet administration and process invoices in our CRM system
- Processing Multiline transactions in accordance with agreed payment terms
- Sending approval reminders for invoices and transactions to respective signers
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to proactively resolve potential challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handling other administrative ad-hoc tasks related to payments and vendor services
- Supporting with the preparation of payment and transaction reports

**Profile**
- University degree with an emphasis in finance
- Previous experience in a similar role or an apprenticeship with similar tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and diligent attitude
- Fluency in English and French
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
