**Missions**:

- Si vous avez une expérience solide dans l'analyse des flux de travail, ce poste vous donnera l'occasion d'apporter une contribution significative à l'efficacité et à la qualité de nos services.
- Missions:

- Analyser les procédures en place appliquées sur le terrain afin de proposer des améliorations et des ajustements aux processus existants en identifiant les opportunités d’automatisation ou de simplification à mettre en place dans le cadre du projet eADEM;
- Conceptualiser en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe du département informatique et nos partenaires externes (chambres professionnelles et salariale ainsi que le Ministère de l’Education nationale, de l’Enfance et de la Jeunesse) notre plateforme digitale et interactive « Léierboard », outil de matching optimisant le rapprochement des demandeurs d’apprentissage et employeurs formateurs;
- Collaborer étroitement avec le service communication afin d’actualiser et d’approfondir continuellement les informations quant à l’apprentissage sur le site Internet de l’ADEM;
- Réaliser des contrôles de qualité réguliers pour identifier les défauts dans les processus existants;
- Examiner les procédures actuelles appliquées sur le terrain afin de proposer des améliorations, évaluer les besoins et mettre à jour les procédures en fonction des retours d'expérience;
- Rédiger des manuels d'utilisation et des procédures pratiques, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient clairs, précis et cohérents;
- Assurer des séances de formation et un support aux agents du service d’orientation professionnelle de l'ADEM;
- Participer à la mise en place de la gestion électronique des documents et inclure l'actualisation du tableau de tri conformément aux consignes du délégué à l'archivage;
- Assurer que les principes de la protection des données soit appliquées à tout le département, selon les directives de notre DPO;
- Renforcer l’équipe assurant la coordination de l’apprentissage pour adultes;
- Coordonner les travaux de préparation et de suivi dans le cadre des ateliers de matching, de réorientation et des journées comme le RTL Léierplazendag;
- Apporter une aide à la décision aux supérieurs hiérarchiques.

**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office;
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de compréhension orales en luxembourgeois, allemand, français et anglais;
- Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse;
- Aisance dans l’animation de réunions et de présentations;
- Expérience dans la gestion du changement et affinité pour la digitalisation sont considérés comme un atout.

- Capacité à analyser les flux de travail et à proposer des solutions;
- Compétences en gestion de projets et en analyse des besoins;
- Excellentes capacités d’écoute et d’adaptation;
- Excellente aptitude à travailler en équipe mais aussi de façon autonome;
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles.

**Atouts**
- La connaissance du Code du travail est considérée comme atout.

**Diplômes**

Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un bachelor ou de son équivalent.

**Expérience**

Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le domaine.

**Langues**

Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe d'indemnité A2.

**Nationalité**

Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.
