In the context of the digital transformation of Cebi, he will actively participate to the projects of deployment of critical new corporate solutions for the group like ERP, CRM, PLM, QMS.
**Your Mission**:
- Participate in the definition of the IT and digitalization vision and strategy
- Manage the Business Applications team (including hiring, performance reviews, etc.)
- Act as the corporate ERP Software Leader, heading the Functional and the technical teams
- Implement “Software Lifecycle Management” process
- Responsible for the negotiation and monitoring of related contracts with external suppliers as well as the vendor management thereafter according to internal regulations in force
- Responsible for the creation and update of the department’s procedures
**Your Profile**:
- Master degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- ITIL certification or an equivalent IT certification
- 10 years or more in a similar role, managing IT Business Applications and teams preferably in manufacturing environment
- Familiar with enterprise-class solutions such as Enterprise resource planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Quality Management System (QMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human resources management systems (HRMS), Enterprise content management (ECM) systems and Content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems
- Strong people management abilities: managing and developing talents and teams
- Project Management skills.
- Knowledge of Application software architecture concept (UX, data model, database, )
- Strong business-oriented mindset based on value-added
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deal with unforeseen and urgent issues
- Capable of driving changes in a fast evolving environment
- Open-minded and solution oriented
- Able to learn and understand new technologies
- Accurate and reliable
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic level in French or Italian is an asset
- Available for business travel, up to 30% of the time
