A boutique investment management firm, located in the City of Luxembourg, is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Compliance Officer. This position will serve as a maternity cover for a period of 12 months and report directly to the Conducting Officer. The outgoing employee will provide a comprehensive handover to ensure a smooth transition.
As the Compliance Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting due diligence and providing effective supervision of delegates.
Reviewing and generating key performance indicators (KPIs).
Working on process enhancement and development initiatives.
Managing administrative tasks such as UBO register filings and CSSF compliance.
Demonstrating autonomy and taking ownership of relevant tasks.To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the following qualifications are required:
A university degree or equivalent educational background.
Proven experience in the funds industry.
A solid understanding of the Investment Fund Industry, with a particular emphasis on UCITS.
Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in an additional European language is highly advantageous.
