Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with an international corporate bank located in Luxembourg who are looking for a senior operations officer to join their team.
**Key Responsibilities / Tasks**:
- Keep all records related to trade finance up to date, LC or non LC.
- Control the administration of trade finance loans, Inputting cross boarder trade finance and processing approved loans into the system.
- Process and supervise syndicated loans, collect and audit loan administration details, update and reconcile loans with the corporate department and settle fees with counterparties, including chasing discrepancies.
- Administrate all treasury deals, deposits and other transactions, also managing reconciliation of SWIFT updates on these transactions.
- Role reports into Head of Operations
**Key Qualifications / Experience**:
- 8+ years’ experience in operations focused role in an international bank with exposure to international settlement and, loan administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of back office settlement operations and SWIFT /UCP600 practices
- Fluency in English is mandatory, French or German is advantageous.
- Must have a driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
