**Investor Services Officer**

**Fixed Term Contract**

**Your mission**
- Be the **first point of contact** for all investor and client queries linked to Transfer Agent activity
- Respond and follow-up all investor and client queries
- Ensure a high-quality service to our Clients in terms of reliability and responsiveness
- **Inform investors **about the fund-investment terms, their transaction status
- **Collaborate **with other TA department teams
- **Know your customers, **set up and develop a relationship of trust with them
- **Know **the fund ranges and promoters
- Respect the **applicable rules** and **procedures** of the department
- Work closely with the client **management company**
