Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our Global Subsidiary Governance Services (GSGS) team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

**Your Role**:

- Perform the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of closed-ended private equity and real estate funds.
- Implementing controls and following procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain shareholders registers and acting as transfer agent.
- Processing and confirming capital calls, distributions and transfers in our Transfer Agency systems.
- Communicate with clients and their investors.
- Processing investor payments.
- Meet expectations of fund internal & external stakeholders, adhering to deadlines, ensuring the rules and representations of the fund as dictated by their fund documents are adhered to.
- Complete the daily maintenance of all data and records for the Investor Relations Group which entails ensuring transaction and investor records are filed and maintained efficiently and comprehensively.
- Update Investor records on our Transfer Agency systems, and periodically performing database updates and management.
- Assist auditors and other fund participants and advisers.
- Reporting directly to the Manager Investor Relations.

**About You**:

- You have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related area.
- 2-4 years of experience in an investor relations environment.
- Display an active interest in the financial markets, real estate and private equity industry
- Basic knowledge of AML/KYC processes is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- You are fluent in English. A second language is an advantage
