On behalf of our client, a global international legal, and financial services company, we are looking for the following profile:
**Senior Manager Legal & Corporate Services (M/F)**

As Senior Manager Legal & Corporate Services, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day legal, corporate and administrative affairs relating to your portfolio of client companies.

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the clients in order to structure their lease, finance, securitisation, bond issues, holding structures and private equity funds as well as corporate governance
- Guiding clients through more complex legal issues
- Collaborating with colleagues in Finance
- Maintaining accurate legal records
- Actively participating in growing and marketing the company’s business

**Profile**:
**Profile**
- Degree educated in Law or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in a similar role either in a law firm, financial industry, experience in a fund management or corporate trust services
- Proven Knowledge in Corporate Law
- Fluency in English is a must - any other language will be a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
