Description du poste

En tant qu'area manager, vous êtes responsable de la bonne gestion et organisation de nos stands. Vous vous assurez que les objectifs de ventes et de qualité soient atteints. Vous gérez 10 points de vente de sushis.
- Vous êtes responsable du stock et du foodcost
- Vous vous assurez de la qualité des produits et de l'hygiène des points de vente
- Vous encadrez vos équipes dans les magasins et évaluez régulièrement les compétences de chacun. Vous établissez les plannings de travail de chacun.
- Vous êtes responsable du recrutement, de la formation et de l'encadrement des salariés
- Vous êtes la personne de contact pour les magasins
- Vous rapportez au District Manager et travaillez en étroite collaboration, tant avec les autres managers qu'avec le département qualité et hygiène

**Qualifications**:

- vous avez une première expérience en gestion d'équipe
- vous parlez le français et l'anglais
- la connaissance du secteur horeca est un plus
- vous aimez relevé les challenges et êtes autonome
