Office Administration

a. Communication and collaboration with Building Management (maintenance, cleaning).

b. Office Material orders (Food and Beverages, stationary, Amazon Business, Luxcaddy..)

c. Mail Management (scanning, distributing, sending and organizing invoices).

d. Coordination with Service Desk (accounts, materials, connectivity, phones, migration, old IT material), keeping up-to-day stocklist.

f. Company car management (maintenance, changing tires, create and organize the log book).

HR Admin and Projects

a. Employees Onboarding (creation of all accesses, workspace, building accesses, etc.)

b. HR files within Teams, keep updated and regular check for new relevant information.

c. Support and coordination of the HR processes in the Supply Chain SARL.

e. Discover new opportunities of founds and project for Supply Chain SARL.

f. Manage project list.

g. Weekly status update to directors.

h. Communication and follow up the task list with stakeholders.

Process reviews

Contract management, organizing of new contract and renewal of current ones, ensure that authority matrix of gategroup is respected, contract repository.
