For one of our clients, we are actively looking for a **Junior Middle Office and Operations Administrator.**

**Your next challenge**

You will report directly of the Head of Operations, your main tasks will be:

- Daily operations and administrative support _(ensure preparation and smooth follow-up of capital calls and distribution notices, cash management, etc),_
- Ensure smooth communication with all service providers and colleagues _(Auditors, GPs, depositary agent, banks, etc),_
- Net Asset Value _(NAV) _reconciliation,
- Management of Database and document management on information provided by investments,
- Various Reporting ,
- Participate to process improvement initiatives and various projects,
- Assit the Head of Operations with the monitoring of the deliverables from the delegated Central administrator and Depositary,

**About you**
- University degree in finance, IT or project management or other related field,
- Knowledge of the fund industry and previous experience is an asset,
- Fluent in English, French is a plus,
- Excellent command of powerpoint and Excel,
- Knowledge of the banking sector,
- Autonomous,team spirit, rigorous, organized,tech friendly,....
