**JOB DESCRIPTION**
This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead a dynamic and diverse team within JPSME CFO function based from either Frankfurt, Poland or Luxembourg. We are looking for a lead of the JPMSE Capital Production team, responsible for all Capital related reporting and managing a team of 25 across 3 locations
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for JPMSE prudential regulatory reporting to ECB, BaFin and Bundesbank covering inter alia Common Reporting Framework (Corep), Leverage Ratio, Large Exposure & Intragroup Waiver, FRTB, Pillar III, STE, Million Loans, Liquidity Reporting (ALMM, LCR, NSFR), MREL, Anacredit, Basel 3 monitoring, EdB and Bankintsatz
- Responsible any reporting utilising production data such as ICAAP, Stress Test, Benchmarking
- Responsible for JPMSE oversight of Capital reporting system development, currently focusing on coordination of BAU testing for Basel 3.1 implementation
- Management of 25 staff across 3 locations (Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Poland) with further support from 11 staff in India
- Chair of JPMSE Capital Management Forum, co chair JPMSE FRTB forum interacting with Lines of Business and Risk
- Direct report into JPMSE CFO
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Previous experience with Capital reporting
- Solid leadership skills with a strategic thinking
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, show empathy, strong motivation and positive attitude
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business including regulatory and technological environment
