**Description**

Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous serez en charge des responsabilités suivantes:

- Vous superviserez l’équipe dédiée à la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme.
- Vous réaliserez une analyse des risques et classifierez les contrats d'assurance selon leur niveau d'exposition au risque.
- Vous sensibiliserez et formerez les collaborateurs aux enjeux associés au blanchiment des capitaux et au financement du terrorisme.
- Vous assurerez le suivi et la mise à jour des politiques et procédures relatives à la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme.
- Vous rédigez des rapports destinés aux autorités compétentes.
- Vous entretiendrez une correspondance régulière avec les autorités réglementaires et judiciaires.

**Profile**
- Dispose d'un diplôme de niveau Master en Droit, en Économie ou en Gestion.
- A acquis plusieurs années d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Possède de bonnes compétences en français et en anglais, et la connaissance de l'allemand et du luxembourgeois sera considérée comme un réel avantage.
- Maîtrise parfaitement les outils du pack Office.
- Démontre d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles.
- Fait preuve de rigueur professionnelle, d'esprit critique et d'initiative.
- A un excellent esprit d'équipe, est disponible et fait preuve de flexibilité.
- Est ouvert au changement et à la diversité sur le lieu de travail.
- Possède un sens aigu des responsabilités et de la discrétion.
- Est capable de bien s'organiser et est orienté vers les résultats.
- Est à l'aise dans les relations interpersonnelles et sait établir et entretenir des relations professionnelles solides.
