As **Head of Compliance & Risk**, you will lead and shape the risk management and compliance framework of the Luxembourg office, working in close collaboration with global teams and local leadership.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Advisory**: Provide high-level insights on risk management, maintain the firm's risk register, and support decision-making at the leadership level.
- ** Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to regulations such as AML-CTF, GDPR, and DAC6, supervise client onboarding, and oversee supplier compliance.
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and develop a dedicated team of compliance professionals, ensuring excellence in all operational processes.
- ** Training & Awareness**: Deliver targeted training to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the firm.
**_ Head of Compliance & Risk_**_ - Your Profile:_**
- ** Legal qualification** with **at least 7 years** of experience in risk management, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks and proven leadership skills.
- Fluent in **English and French**.
