On behalf of our client, a successful asset manager, we are looking for a “Head of Compliance (M/F/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Acting as main contact for the CSSF regarding Compliance matters and take the role as RC
- Implementing regulatory and internal group requirements as well as monitoring legal and regulatory developments
- Managing Compliance related risks like AML/CTF assessments on new investments, complaints management, analysis of new initiatives, etc.
- Acting as advisory to the management in compliance related matters and risks
- Cooperation with other control functions on divisional and local level
- Executing and overviewing internal regulatory and company specific trainings of employees and Board Members

**Your profile**:

- Reliable Compliance experience of 8 or more years in the investment funds industry and acted as RC
- Strong AML/CTF, Compliance and regulatory knowledge in UCITS and AIFMD
- Leading experience of a small team would be ideally
- Excellent language skills in English and German; French would be an advantage
