Our client specializes in designing and managing customized life insurance solutions for high net worth individuals and financial instituions. Our client operates globally, wth offices in several countries, and is renowned for its expertise in cross-border wealth management and international financial planning.
**YOUR MOTIVATION**
The HR Operations Manager oversees and manages daily HR department operations. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing and implementing HR policies, and supporting the HR team in delivering excellent services to employees.
**YOUR MISSIONS**
- Align HR policies and procedures with the organization’s vision and mission.
- Comply with labor laws and regulations, and handle employment contracts, terminations, and employee relations effectively.
- Implement performance management systems and processes that foster employee growth and accountability.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, safeguarding data integrity and privacy.
- Monitor HR trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend enhancements.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
- Proficient in HR software and systems for payroll, recruitment, and employee record management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
