**About the Role**:
For our **Global Headquarters**, we are looking for a **Business Analyst**, who will support the Business Coordination & Development Department and enable the achievement of its marketing and commercial strategic vision and purpose in the** area international.**

**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, your primary responsibility is to **analyze internal and external data sources**, including Nielsen, Euromonitor, and **macroeconomic data**, to generate actionable **business insight**s.

Your analysis will support business follow-up and the** decision-making process**. Using business intelligence tools, you will **evaluate Ferrero's performance** across various **categories and markets** within the Area.

Additionally, you will actively participate in and support the yearly s**trategic planning and budgeting process** for the** Area International**, working closely with the Area team on strategic projects as part of the strategy deployment.

Your expertise as a Business Analyst involves independently **analyzing business data** to understand **sales outcomes and facilitate data-driven decision-making** for Line Managers and the Chief Business Officer. This analysis is particularly crucial when launching new products and requires a deep understanding of **selling and sell-out data.**

In summary, as a Business Analyst, your role will be centred on data analysis, macroeconomic understanding, **strategic planning,** and close collaboration with **cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Media**, etc. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting the business' decision-making processes and generating valuable insights.

**Who we are looking for**:
Your possession of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as Business, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines would be a great fit for this role.

You will bring yours** 5 years of experience**in FMCG companies, preferably in roles related to strategy, marketing, sales, business development, or consultancy. Such experience can be a strong asset in your role.

Your **strong analytical skills** would certainly be an advantage, and your **natural curiosity** and willingness to learn are traits that can contribute significantly to your success in this position.
