Vous souhaitez rejoindre une société dynamique, leader sur son marché et disposant d’un large portefeuille de solutions. Afin de soutenir une activité en forte croissance, **Telkea Group** est à la recherche d’un **Contract Management Specialist**.

**Mission**

Vous intégrerez l’équipe Sales Support & Contract Management de Telkea ICT et serez en charge de l’administration complète des contrats de services clients, depuis l’offre jusqu’à leur exploitation.

**Rôle principal**
- Support commercial aux offres de services dans leur description et leur chiffrage
- Rédaction de nouveaux contrats (prise en charge du processus complet depuis leur création jusqu’à leur signature et retour client)
- Préparation et suivi de contrats de sous-traitance
- Etablissement, négociation et gestion des renouvellements de contrats de services avec les différents fabricants et partenaires
- Support sur tout autre type de contrats/documents légaux
- S’assurer de la bonne transmission des données contrats, aux départements concernés qui devront en assurer l’exploitation, ainsi que la bonne intégration de ces informations dans le système de gestion de l’entreprise
- Pilotage et établissement des inventaires et gestion des assets pour des contrats spécifiques et assurerez le contrôle sur leur facturation
- Assister le Contract Manager dans la mise à jour et l’évolution continue des processus, des documents et modèles de contrats

**Profil recherché**

Vous avez une formation supérieure en commerce, ingénierie ou contract management (éventuellement en tant que Juriste avec une expérience terrain), avec une expérience significative de 3 ans minimum idéalement dans le domaine de la gestion contractuelle, de préférence dans les domaines informatiques et des télécommunications.

**Qualifications requises**
- Très bonne maîtrise des outils MS Excel et MS Word
- Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais
- Attention particulière aux détails et à la qualité des éléments fournis associée à de solides compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à traiter un dossier dans son entièreté en respectant les délais impartis
- Persévérant
- Flexible
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Expérience dans l’utilisation de systèmes ERP
- Attitude positive et gagnante (« Can do » attitude)
