**Position / Assignment Purpose**:
As a Contract Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing contractual agreements to support the organization's strategic objectives.

**Position / Assignment Summary**:
Contract validation and negotiation, Legal risk management, Staff training on legal aspects systematic contract lifecycle management, Efficient contract drafting and execution.

**Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work**:

- Validating/vetting contracts, amendments/sows and negotiate on legal clauses;
- Review the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management;
- Train the company staff members on various legal aspects;
- Work closely with external counsels and consultants on specific tasks (e.g., some company secretarial works as group expanding globally);
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach to the entire contract lifecycle.
- Ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, executed, and managed efficiently.
- Identifying and mitigating potential contract risks.

**Required Education and Experience**:
Master's Degree in Law / Business Law

**Required Skills/competencies**:

- Good knowledge on EU business, employment and data protection Laws/rules etc;
- Excellent Communication skills / Preparing reports/ presentations;
- Relevant experience in managing GDPR compliances in a corporate company/ies preferred;
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Perfect knowledge of contractual environments
- This role is available in Luxembourg, Budapest or Paris _
