We are seeking a Senior Adviser in Deal Advisory Real Estate (Corporate Finance) based in Luxembourg, this role will be working within our Deal Advisory (Corporate Finance) team on a wide range of Real Estate valuations, audit reviews and other corporate advisory projects, along with assisting with business development opportunities.This role will be reporting to Senior Advisers and Assistant Managers to deliver successful projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and analysis, leading edge insights and adding value to our clients. This role will involve exposure to a broad array of sectors and geographies, leveraging with our pan European Deal Advisory network.
**What you will be working on**:
- Work with Managers and Partners on a broad array of Real Estate valuations, audit reviews and other corporate advisory projects.
- Prepare clear client reports, information memoranda and other deliverables.
- Assist in pitching to clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
- Network, build and maintain relationships with clients and with our international network.
**What we look for**:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Real Estate or a related discipline.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in Real Estate or in Big4 (Real Estate).
- You have experience in Real Estate valuation and financial modeling.
- You are proactive, highly ambitious and client driven.
- You have a high level of attention to detail, and you are multitasking capable.
- You display good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and can work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in English is required, fluency in French or German is a plus.
- MRICS certification is a plus.
