**We are seeking a Senior Adviser in Regulatory & Compliance in Asset Management & Alternative Investments**
As the regulatory landscape in Asset Management & Alternative Investments continues to evolve, our firm's Advisory department plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team at the Senior Adviser level.
**What you will be working on**
- Monitor and report about new regulatory requirements.
- Support clients in their Compliance Risks Mapping or Assessment.
- Review and analyze compliance documentation and procedures of AM/AI clients.
- Assess the AML/Compliance Risk framework including the review and analysis of AML/Compliance policies and procedures, the controls, and systems to ensure compliance with local and/or global regulatory AML/Compliance requirements.
- Review and analyze AML documentation as part of remediation exercise, periodic reviews for - specifically but not limited to - AM/AI industry.
- Organize and prepare training sessions on regulatory topics.
- Gain solid technical knowledge of the overall AM/AI regulations, operations, and its interdisciplinary connections with other industries.
**What we look for**
- You have a Master’s degree in either Law, Economy, Business Administration, etc.
- You are knowledgeable about the ManCo/AIFM “eco-system”.
- You have at least 1-3 years of experience in AML, Regulatory & Compliance.
- You are team player, displaying a positive attitude, showing autonomy, taking ownership, quality driven and committed.
- You have strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
- You hold a command of Microsoft Office tools (esp. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- You are fluent in English, French or German would be an asset.
