**We are seeking a Senior Adviser in Corporate Services**
As part of the Advisory department, our Corporate Services team provides corporate secretarial services to guide our clients through statutory and legal obligations in Luxembourg.
In a dynamic team of experts, you will gain experience working for our international clients, supporting them by providing your technical and business knowledge on different missions.
We are convinced that we best serve our clients interests when they can access the wider KPMG team; therefore collaboration with KPMG colleagues is at the core of everything we do. This gives you an excellent opportunity to build and expand your own network and better serve the interests of our clients.
**What you will be working on**
- Responsible of a clients' portfolio
- Supervising a team of junior corporate officers
- Preparing and/or reviewing legal documentation
- Participating in boards/shareholders/clients' meetings
- Respond to clients' queries and advise them on corporate issues
- Liaising with notaries, law firms, banks and tax advisors
- Preparing statutory and non-statutory changes
**What we look for**
- You have between 3 and 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
- You speak both French and English fluently, any other languages would be a valuable asset
- You have great communication skills
- You are proactive and client-driven
- You are a team player willing to share your experience and committed to support your colleagues
