**Position summary**
Grimaldi Brussels is currently looking for a Tender Specialist in EU Tender Procedures to join its team in the heart of Europe. The Specialist will deal with the bidding procedures through an extensive experience in **European tenders and project management.**
In particular, the Specialist will carry out the following activities:
- Managing tender procedures.
- Analysis of the tender documentation (announcement monitoring, studying of the Terms of Reference, studying of requirement specifications).
- Organization of the project development team depending on the topic for the tender.
- Preparation of administrative, technical, and financial documentation.
- Scouting of partners, experts, and subcontractors (as needed) in the specific area of the tender.
- Formulation of cost analysis and of the overall estimates for each project.
- Support in determining execution times and scheduling.
**Who we are looking for**

**Requirements**:
- Good managing skills, organisational approach, and multitasking.
- At least 5 (five) years of experience in a similar role for public institution tender procedures. Relevant experience in consultancy, and\or EU bodies, international organisations, and public offices would be a plus.
- University degree in European studies, preferably law, but can also be economics, political sciences, or international relations. A postgraduate degree in EU affairs or EU funding is an asset.
- Skilled project management **for the public sector**, including financial and technical offers, as well as good command of Excel, records management, setting templates, data visualization.
- Knowledge of and relevant experience with tenders and framework contract procedures.
- Familiarity with European legal and policy affairs (energy, transport, IP, competition, among others).
- Excellent time and deadline management.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tenders and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent English writing skills. Other EU languages are considered as an asset.
