We are looking for an ambitious and experienced compliance business analyst to join the Amazon Payments Europe (APE) Compliance Office team to invent simple solutions for regulatory data analysis and reporting.

The Compliance Business Analyst is a critical role within the APE Compliance Office team, responsible for leading APE’s regulatory reporting and data analytics.

Key job responsibilities

**The Compliance Manager will**:

- Work with compliance, legal, product and business intelligence (BI) leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirements.
- Document and deliver regulatory report implementation plans, including comprehensive business requirements.
- Coordinate and deliver BAU regulatory report production and submission to regulators.
- Document and perform quality assurance on data used for regulatory reporting.
- Perform analysis on data collected to deliver insights and identify trends that may indicate compliance risks.
- Work with product owners and the wider Compliance team to respond to internal and external queries in relation to regulatory data.

A day in the life

**The Compliance Manager will**:

- Map newly-published regulatory reporting requirements and draft business requirements documents.
- Work with product owners on new product launches to write compliance regulatory reporting requirements.
- Review and update Compliance regulatory reporting requirements documents to ensure they remain up to date with regulatory requirements, and communicate any changes to business intelligence (BI) stakeholders.
- Perform analysis of data in relation to a specific business line to identify and assess compliance risk.

About the team
This role is a key part of the Amazon Payments Europe (APE) Compliance team, which is based in Luxembourg. The team is responsible for providing second line Compliance advisory and oversight in relation to the regulated financial services activities performed by Amazon in the EU.
