**Role Summary**

Fund Reporting - UCITS & AIF Regulations

PRIIPs KIDs - UCITS KIIDs

The **Associate - Regulatory Reporting COE** will support the client through specific regulatory reporting activities. This will be completed by working closely with the Manager in a supportive role within the Global COE team (supporting the broader Waystone operations).

**Summary**:
Prepare fund related reporting for our clients. You will be in contact with asset managers in your day to day work in order to define requirements and share the reports produced but also with fund administrators and internal stakeholders from various teams across the globe. The team you will be joining is dynamic and multi-cultural and embraces regulatory challenges to be implemented in operational environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review quality & source historical data series from administrators & internal sources
- Support and prepare KIID and PRIIP-KID compilation and distribution;
- Support preparation and prepare MiFID related reporting;
- Follow up on existing implementations for clarifications/changes issued by the governing bodies;
- Play an active part in team projects.

**Experience required**:

- 2+ years in a **risk, regulatory, **fund accounting** related role or similar in financial services preferably within the funds industry.
- Knowledge of or previous exposure to some **regulatory filings**, including but not limited to, AIFMD, UCITS, CPO-PQR, Form PF, Solvency II, OPERA, EMIR and PRIIP’s is preferable but not a requirement.
- Any experience of using **Bloomberg** would be beneficial as it is used on a regular basis.
- Analytical and curious mind and excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with key stakeholders;
- Good command in **MS Excel is a must;**:

- **VBA knowledge a distinct advantage**; The ability to manipulate large datasets will be a real value add within the team.
- Strong **attention to detail** is an absolute MUST along with the ability to work independently once trained up;
- Happy to work in an ever changing environment and someone who loves to learn.
