- The Associate Regulatory Officer trains in regulatory reporting compliance assurance of Invesco real estate alternative investment funds.
- We will be looking for the Officer to take on the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining the regulatory reporting calendar and trackers-
- Preparing and circulating notices of upcoming deadlines-
- Monitoring filing status, including outsourced activities-
- Managing the AIFMD reporting process and reviewing AIFMD reports-
- Follow-up on overdue filings-
- Assistance with error resolution-
- Assistance with regulator enquiries-
- Preparation of incident reports-
- Assistance with on-boarding, off-boarding funds to the system, or changing the funds status, if needed-
- Providing support regarding reporting systems (i.e. access reviews)-
- Handling related invoices-
- Preparation of reporting to the Conducting officers- The Regulatory Officer will also ensure on-going marketing compliance by maintaining the planning and tracking tools, handling of invoices and continued communication with foreign regulators.
