**Counsel Corporate Law - International Business Law Firm

The Luxembourg office was recently created and currently employs 30 people. You will join the corporate team composed of 10 employees, who are ready to welcome you.

Within this structure, you will always be able to develop yourself technically, which will allow you to progress and also to evolve to a Partner level in the next few years.

**Your Responsibilities **|** Counsel - International Business Law Firm**
- You will work on an interesting **corporate** **client** **portfolio,** both local and international.
- You will **advise** clients and **draft legal** **documents** in accordance with the applicable law in the jurisdiction.
- You will manage your files with autonomy and will directly report to your partner.
- You will have to assist the local and international teams with new developments in laws and legal doctrine.

**Profile and Career Path **|** Counsel - International Business Law Firm**
- You have a minimum of **8 years’** **experience** in a law firm in Luxembourg.
- You have a good level in **French and English**, in order to be in contact with an international clientele.
- You are an **ambitious**, dynamic and **proactive** person who wishes to **evolve** within an international structure.
- You are willing to give your best and you have an **entrepreneurial** **spirit** that will allow the company to progress.

- Thanks to the location of our partner, you will have no difficulty in getting to the office from a **P+R or to work from one of their offices located at the border.
