**About the Role**:
The role is part of the internal Legal team and is in charge of Existing Brands (Trademarks Legal Management, Acquired Brands, Food Service, Nutella, Biscotti, Ice Creams), reporting directly to the IP Manager. The main stakeholders are IP Area Managers, IP Innovation and Excellence Manager, Local IP, Area/Brand Marketing Department and Tax department, outside counsels worldwide.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manages the IP Portfolio legal and tax issues
- Supports Marketing Department
- Manages the integration of newly acquired brands within the Group portfolio
- Manages active and passive litigations for Acquired Brands and Related Companies
- Is in charge of fees negotiations and budget for the function

**Who we are looking for**:

- Master in Law is mandatory. A Master in IP is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the IP field either in-house or in a law firm
- Knowledge of the main IP management digital tools
- Fluent English both oral and written, knowledge of professional legal English
- Knowledge of Italian or French is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
