**About the Role**:
For our Luxembourg Headquarters, we are currently looking for a talented **Brand Manager for Big Eggs**, who will support the Senior Brand Manager in developing key and exciting projects related to the **Premium Chocolate** category.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Covering this position, you will be the **Project Developer and leader for Big Eggs innovation** (from ideation to launch) and roll-out of existing products in selected potential countries. You will define **portfolio optimizations** and profitability opportunities of current projects, guiding all departments to ensure product development within the scheduled timing.
Moreover, together with your manager you will define the **Consumer Research plan** and brief the Research department.
Concerning **competition monitoring and market analysis**, you will identify new market opportunities/white spaces, analysing sell-in/sell-out databases and tracking product performances in the key markets, in synergy with Area/Business Unit teams.
In terms of **Advertisement**, you will support global projects with digital contents/food demo, developed in collaboration with internal/external agencies.
You will be the** cross-country coordinator **and, depending on the launch phasing, you will collaborate with Area Marketing and Business Unit colleagues, to define a successful launch plan or to evaluate new roll-out opportunities.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **university background in Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or equivalent **and your **4 to 6 years of experience** in Marketing/ Brand Management
We will value your **global mindset**, together with your **strong project management and communication skills**.
Your **ambition and curiosity** will play a key role for your success in the position. Plus, your **results orientation, precision and proactivity **will be an asset for us.
Your **analytical skills **come with your **excellent PC command **on MS Office tools, Nielsen/IRI/Euromonitor DBs.
