**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a **Raw Material Controlling Specialist**, who will become part of the Raw Material Controlling team.
In this role, you will be the **Finance Business Partner** for the main Raw Materials buyers providing monthly financial analysis, forecast and had hoc analysis. Your main role will be to **support Procurement department** and to challenge their work to respect the Group guidelines. You will be **involved in strategic analysis** based on which **business decisions will be made**.
You will have a high exposure to the Procurement top management and a wide visibility on the whole Ferrero Procurement.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Planning**
- Development, Analysis and Discussion of PS, BDG, SAF, Rolling Forecast with buyers for the respective category
- Analysis on Actual vs Planning with the buyers for the respective category
- OVH controlling for Procrement Raw Materials
**Controlling and Reporting**
- Directives preparation
- Quarterly Category reviews preparation and support
- Support and input for S&OP
- Reporting documenation Update and consolidation
- Support on Closure Process/Monthly Reporting Package
**Other activities**
- Vendors Financial Assessment for suppliers of the respective category
- STD costs / TPs (Extra perimeter) management
- HFM - ACT/ACT: Price effects reconciliation
**Who we are looking for**:
University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance and **1-2 years **in a previous experience in **Controlling**, in a **multinational industrial company**, is mandatory.
We are looking for a person with excellent **communication skills**, full of **curiosity**, **goal and team oriented**, and with an excellent **problem-solving attitude**, ready to work in a **dynamic environment**.
Your ability to gain an understanding of business processes, to identify risks/opportunities, and develop/execute financial business case will be another asset for us.
You are a **MS Office** expert (SAP will be an interesting plus for us) and you speak **fluent English**.
